Working with Ready Data Entry Form

On working with ready data entry form, it is available to view and enter data and save custom settings for table form area.

NOTE. When working with multisheet data entry forms, make sure that the Load Only Active Sheet checkbox is selected to speed up the work.

To work with ready data entry form, follow the steps:

  1. Refresh data of data entry form.

  1. Enter and save data.

  1. Add new records.

  1. Enter and validate entry form data.

  1. View formula description.

  1. Use interactive elements to manage selection.

  1. Setting Up Appearance.

  1. Use sorting and filtering if required.

  1. Use numbering and transposing if required.

  1. Use find and replace if required.

  1. Attach file to the cell if required.

  1. Export data entry form if required.

  1. View and print data entry form if required.
