Setting Up Table and Its Elements

One can set up both the entire table and its elements. To apply settings to a specific table element, use the settings panel. Panel settings depend on the selected table element:

Set the Aggregation of Fixed Dimensions parameter.

Aggregation enables the user to combine values of elements selected in fixed dimensions.

To set aggregation, select the method in the drop-down list:

No. No aggregation is executed. Default value.
Sum. Default value. Values of fixed dimensions elements are summed.
Minimum. Minimum value is selected for fixed dimension elements.
Maximum. Maximum value is selected for fixed dimension elements.
Arithmetic Mean. The average of fixed dimension elements is determined considering empty values.

To show empty lines, toggle the Empty Lines switch to active state. The switch is inactive by default, and empty lines are not shown.

To quickly sort entire table data, use sorting buttons in row/column headers:

No. No sorting.
Descending. Descending sorting.
Ascending. Ascending sorting.

To show or hide costing icons in sidehead/heading, select or deselect the Show Sorting Icons checkbox in the Layout group of parameters on the settings panel.

To exclude unnecessary row or column from table:

Select header of the row or column to exclude.
Select the Exclude item in the context menu of the selected row or column header.

As a result, the row or column is excluded from the table.

To exclude all data from table except for the selected:

Select the cell, row, column, or cell/row/column range in the table, which data must be displayed in the table.
Select the Exclude the Rest item in the selected cells' context menu.

As a result, all data except for the selected is excluded from the table.
