Setting Up Dictionary Attribute Editor

The attribute editor is used to display dictionary attribute values in data entry form cells.

NOTE. To create a dictionary attribute editor, the form requires a parameter.

The dictionary attribute editor is applied to create combined forms and cards. Cards are applied to edit and add records to registry.

Card example

To set up dictionary attribute editor, follow the steps:

  1. Create a dictionary attribute editor.

  2. Determine dictionary attribute editor properties.

  3. Edit attribute if required.

After the card has been created, use it to edit and add records to registry. To do this, set up registry to navigate to card: determine the card as a repository object on dimension detailing.

After the editor setup is finished, go to the next step if required:

Create an editor

Determine editor properties

Set up attribute values

Change editor

Copy or paste editor

Delete editor
