To set up a data entry form for printing:
Select a data entry form sheet. Page settings are determined on opening data entry form for edit for each sheet, except for data entry form title parameters.
Determine page settings in the quick or advanced setup mode.
After executing the operations the data entry form is ready for print.
NOTE. Check form formatting settings before print.
To quickly set up page settings of the active sheet of data entry form, use:
Buttons on the View toolbar tab.
The Page Layout group of main menu items.
Available settings:
Show Borders. Click the
Show Borders button or select the Show Borders item on the active sheet of the data entry form as a dotted line to show borders of the pages opened for printing and/or export. Page borders are set depending on the orientation, margin width, page size, and breaks.
Margins. Click the
Margins button or select the same item in the drop-down menu to resize margins:
Normal Margins. Default value.
Wide Margins.
Narrow Margins.
Orientation. Click the
Orientation button or select the same item in the drop-down menu to change page orientation:
Portrait. Default value.
Landscape.
Size. Click the
Size button or select the same item in the drop-down menu to resize the page. The list contains predefined paper size options, for example, A4, A5, and so on. The A4 size is set by default.
Breaks. Select the cell that will be the top left cell of the new page border and select the Add Break item in the drop-down menu of the
Breaks button to show specific sheet data on one page. After executing the operations, page breaks are displayed as a solid line, and page borders are automatically enabled.

To execute advanced setup of page settings of data entry form active sheet, open the Page Settings parameters panel:

Header/Footer. The groups are used to set up header and footer.
Title. It is used to set up data entry form title.
Page. It is used to set determine general page settings.
Margins. It is used to set up page margins.
Print. It is used to set up print options.
Before printing open the form for preview and make sure that the form has the required appearance.
To open a form for preview:
Select the File > Print > Preview item in the main menu.
Click the
Print button on the Home toolbar tab.
Press CTRL+P.
NOTE. As a rule, the CTRL+P hotkey combination is reserved in the browser for printing the current page. To use this hotkey combination to print a form, redefine its purpose in browser settings.
After executing one of the operations the data entry form opens for preview:

To print data entry form in the preview mode:
Select the required tab with sheet name to print a single report sheet. To print the entire report, go to the Report tab.
Click the Print button in the main menu. The dialog box for setting up print options opens. Working with the dialog box depends on the browser in use.
