Working with Interactive Controls: View Mode

Controls are located on the side panel and the Controls panel and can be used to change dimension selection or report parameters.

Show or hide the Controls panel

Available Controls panel position options:

Top. The panel is displayed above the toolbar:

To place the element panel on top, select the Top item in the drop-down menu of the Panel Position button.

Set up panel appearance at the top position

Left. The panel is displayed at the left as a side panel:

To place the element panel to the left, select the Left item in the drop-down menu of the Panel Position button.

The selected panel position is saved on report saving.

A control displays the selected dimension in the specified form (for example, as a drop-down list). To set up a control, see the Controls Settings section.
