Open dialog boxThe window for setting up process authorization objects is used to determine authorization objects used in a process, and to set up linking of selections in object data segments with process parameters. To provide correct work of authorization objects, make sure that processes service execution is set up.
NOTE. Setting up process authorization objects is available only in the desktop application.
Areas of the Set Up Process Authorization Objects dialog
To set up process authorization objects:
Select authorization object in the Select Authorization Object area.
Move the selected authorization object to the Process Authorization Objects area using the 
button or Drag&Drop.
Set up links between selections in data segments of authorization object and process parameters in the Parameterization and Filtering of Process Authorization Objects area. In the Parameter Link/Filter select one of the radio buttons:
From Segment. Selection from authorization object will be used for dimension. The radio button is selected by default.
Undefined. The dimension will not be used in the process.
Link. Select the dictionary, which is a process parameter, to link with dimension.
NOTE. If the drop-down list of process parameters does not contain the required one, add it by clicking the Process Parameters button. The Process Settings and Parameters dialog box opens where process parameter can be added.
Fix. Select specific values of the dictionary, which is the process parameter. When the authorization object is used in the Data Entry and Approval steps, fixed selection by dimensions must be fully contained in selection by dimensions of data entry form that is used in the process step.

Click the OK button to save.
After setting up process authorizations objects, proceed to process stages and steps creation.
