Adding Slides and Working with Them

To add a slide to the working area:

1. Click the Add Slide button on the working area.

2. Click the empty space on the working area.

After executing the operations a slide is added to the working area:

To select a slide, click on it. The selected slide is outlined with a blue frame:

When a slide is selected, a popup settings panel is displayed in the bottom right part of the window:

The settings panel contains the actions:

• Synchronization setup.

• Slide duplication.

• Slide deletion.

To deselect the slide, click empty space on the working area.

To resize slide:

1. Select the slide.

2. Put the cursor inside the slide. The slide border displays rectangular resize markers:

3. Drag a marker to resize the slide.

NOTE. For proportional resize hold down the SHIFT key and drag one of the markers.

As a result, the selected slide is resized.

To move a slide along the working area:

1. Select the slide.

2. Hover the cursor on the slide border. The slide will be outlined with a frame:

3. Hold down the main mouse button and move the slide to the required position on the working area.

As a result, the selected slide is moved.

To set slide title:

1. Click the slide title in the upper part of the slide.

2. Enter slide title and click press the ENTER key.

As a result, the title is displayed for the slide.

If the slide has already got a title, it can be changed. To do this:

1. Click the old slide title.

2. Delete the old title and enter a new one.

As a result, slide title is changed.

To place a visualizer on slide, execute one of the operations:

• Move the required visualizer inside the slide.

• Create a new visualizer inside the slide.

To delete a visualizer from slide:

• Move the visualizer to the working area outside the slide.

• Delete the visualizer.

Synchronization by selection can be used to simultaneously manage selection of identical dimensions in several visualizers located on the same slide.

To activate synchronization by selection mode on a slide:

1. Select the slide.

2. Execute one of the operations:

• Press the Synchronization button on the popup settings panel.

• Toggle the Synchronization switch on the side settings panel to active state.

As a result, visualizer synchronization is activated for the selected slide.

Along with synchronization by selection one can set up synchronization by selected data. For details about visualizer synchronization see the Synchronizing Visualizers on Slide article.

To disable synchronization mode, release the Synchronization button.

To create an exact slide copy:

1. Select the slide.

2. Execute one of the operations:

• Select the Duplicate item on the popup settings panel.

• Hold down the ALT key and drag the appeared slide frame.

• Press CTRL+D.

After executing the operations an exact copy of the selected slide is created:

To publish a slide:

1. Select the slide.

2. Select the Publish item on the popup settings panel.

3. Determine publication settings.

After executing the operations the slide is published to external applications.

To delete the slide:

1. Select the slide.

2. Select the Delete item on the popup settings panel or press the DELETE key.

After confirming the operation the selected slide is deleted with all its visualizers.
