Building Process

A process is built in the extension's desktop application.

To build a business process, follow the steps:

1. Create a business process.

2. Specify the main settings and parameters of the process.

3. Set up user permissions applied on process steps execution using authorization objects.

4. Set up links between authorization objects and process parameters.

5. Create process stages using stage creation wizard.

6. Create stage steps using step creation wizard.

7. Set up start and temporary events by time.

8. Set up stage steps execution conditions.

8. Start emulation of specific process steps execution.

9. Start the process for execution by setting required start parameters.

After the process is built, to execute and monitor steps of started process, open the Process Monitoring window.
