Process parameters are used to start process for execution with specified parameter values, for example: organization structure units, plan versions, currencies. Process parameters are set up in the Process Settings and Parameters dialog box.
To open the Process Settings and Parameters dialog box:
Click the 
Settings and Parameters button in the Setup group on the Process ribbon tab of the Set Up Business Process dialog box.
Select the Settings and Parameters context menu item of:
Working area of business process setup dialog box.
Root element with process name on the dialog box side panel.
After executing one of the operations, the Process Settings and Parameters dialog box opens:
Specify settings on pages:
Basic Properties. Process basic properties are specified.
Managing Parameters. The list of process parameters from dictionaries that will be used as parameters is created.
Events. The list of process events for automatic execution of Fore-methods or Email sending is created, if required.
After the process parameters are set up, go to set up parameters and administrate business processes.
