To export an entire report to external formats:
Select the File > Export main menu item.
Select the format:
Excel 97-2003 Workbook (*.xls).
Excel Workbook (*.xlsx).
OpenDocument Spreadsheet (*.ods).
PDF Document (*.pdf).
RTF Document (*.rtf).
PowerPoint Presentation (*.pptx).
Web Page (*.html).
Web Page, single file archive (*.mht).
Image (*.png).
A dialog box for setting export options opens after external file format is selected. Working with the dialog box depends on the browser in use.
The appearance of this dialog box may vary depending on the export file type, but the following settings are always available:
Format. If required, change export format by selecting a new format in the drop-down list.
All Sheets. Select this checkbox to export an entire report.
Report Sheets. Select checkboxes of the report sheets to be exported. Hidden sheets are not included in the list.
NOTE. When exporting to XLS and XLSX, the list with sheets contains hidden sheets if the Hidden Sheets checkbox was selected in the Export dialog box.
On export of reports to various formats consider the following features:

The following export features can be distinguished depending on regular report settings:
If the Print Cell checkbox is deselected for cells, the following is not exported when exporting to XLS, XLSX, PDF: text, icons and hyperlinks contained in such a cell, and also cell background settings.
Report in PDF and PNG after the export will look the same as the report in the preview mode before print.
On exporting to RTF, footnote numbers are ordered by sheets: from the first to the last.
On exporting to XLS or XLSX, footnotes are not exported by default. Footnote numbers are exported if the appropriate settings are determined by means of the Fore language. Footnote text is not exported. Format of the cells containing footnotes will be changed to the text one. In this case:
A chart may look differently than that in the original report.
Formulas, for which footnotes are set, are displayed as text.
Formulas, which refer to cells with footnotes, are not calculated.
