A style is used to automatically change view of visualizers in reports, for which styles table is connected.

Create a new table cells style
To create a new table cells style:
In the web application:
Click the
New Style button on the Styles panel.
Select the New Style item in the Styles panel's context menu.
In the desktop application:
Click the
New Style button on the toolbar.
Select the New Style item in the Styles panel's context menu.
Select the New Style item in the Styles Table main menu.
After executing one of the operations a new table cells style is added to the styles table.

Create a new style of other visualizers
Creating new styles for other visualizers is available only in the desktop application.
To create a new style for chart, map, bubble chart, bubble tree, tree map , use the tools: Analytical Queries (OLAP), Dashboards, Reports, Time Series Analysis.
NOTE. In the styles table one can only load ready visualizers styles from the specified tools.

To set up cells style:
Select style on the Styles panel.
Determine style parameters in the setup area:
In the web application, style parameters are identical to cell formatting parameters in the Format Cells group of parameters on the parameters panel of regular report.
In the desktop application the tabs for setting up style are similar to the formatting dialog box tabs.
Save changes.
NOTE. The attempt to select the other style on the Styles panel without saving changes in the current style results in opening an action confirmation dialog box that prompts to save changes.
After executing the operations the selected style is set up. New formatting will be automatically applied to the table cells using this style.

Set up style of other visualizers
Setting up styles for other visualizers is available only in the desktop application.
To set up style for chart, map, bubble chart, bubble tree, tree map create a new style of the corresponding visualizer.
NOTE. In the styles table loaded visualizer styles are read-only.
To rename the style selected on the Styles panel:
In the web application:
Click the
Rename button on the Styles panel.
Select the
Rename item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.
In the desktop application:
Click the
Rename button on the toolbar.
Select the Rename item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.
Select the Edit > Rename main menu item.
Press F2.
Style name opens in the edit mode. Enter a new style name.
TIP. To quickly rename the selected style in the desktop application, enter a new style name in the Name edit box.
To create a copy of the style selected on the Styles panel:
In the web application:
Click the
Duplicate button on the toolbar.
Select the
Duplicate item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.
In the desktop application:
Click the
Duplicate button on the toolbar.
Select the Duplicate item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.
Select the Edit > Duplicate item in the Styles Table dialog box's main menu.
Press CTRL+D.
Style copy will be created in the styles table.
To delete the style selected on the Styles panel:
In the web application:
Click the
Delete button on the toolbar.
Select the
Delete item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.
In the desktop application:
Click the Delete button on the toolbar.
Select the Delete item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.
Select the Edit > Delete item in the Styles Table dialog box's main menu.
Press the DELETE key.
A confirmation dialog box opens.
