Creating and Setting Up Style

To set up cells style:

1. Select style on the Styles panel.

2. Determine style parameters in the setup area:

• In the web application, style settings are identical to cell formatting parameters in the Format Cells group of parameters on the parameters panel of regular report.

• In the desktop application tabs displayed to set up style are similar to the formatting dialog box tabs.

3. Save changes.

NOTE. The attempt to select the other style on the Styles panel without saving changes in the current style results in opening an action confirmation dialog box that prompts to save changes.

After executing the operations the selected style is set up. New formatting will be automatically applied to the table cells using this style.

Setting up styles for other visualizers is available only in the desktop application.

To set up style for chart, map, bubble chart, bubble tree, tree map create a new style of the corresponding visualizer.

NOTE. In styles table loaded visualizers styles are read-only.

To rename style selected on the Styles panel:

• In the web application:

• Click the Rename button on the Styles panel.

• Select the Rename item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.

• In the desktop application:

• Click the Rename button on the ribbon.

• Select the Rename item in the style context menu on the Styles panel.

• Select the Edit > Rename main menu item.

• Press F2.

Style name opens in edit mode. Type in new style name.

TIP. To quickly rename the selected style in the desktop application, type a new style name in the Name edit box.

To create s copy of style selected on the Styles panel:

• In the web application:

• Click the Duplicate button on the toolbar.

• Select the Duplicate item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.

• In the desktop application:

• Click the Duplicate button on the ribbon.

• Select the Duplicate item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.

• Select the Edit > Duplicate item in the Styles Table dialog box's main menu.

• Press CTRL+D.

Style copy will be create in the styles table.

To delete the style selected on the Styles panel:

• In the web application:

• Click the Delete button on the toolbar.

• Select the Delete item in the style's context menu on the Styles panel.

• In the desktop application:

• Click the   Delete button on the toolbar.

• Select the Delete item in the style context menu on the Styles panel.

• Select the Edit > Delete item in the Styles Table dialog box's main menu.

• Press the DELETE key.

A confirmation dialog box opens.
