To undo the last operation in a data entry form:
Click the
Undo button in the quick access toolbar.
Press CTRL+Z.
If changed data was saved and then the saving operation was undone, previous values will be restored. Those values will be highlighted as changed and to further use them, save them.
To redo the last undone operation:
Click the
Redo button in the quick access toolbar.
Press CTRL+Y.
The
Undo and
Redo buttons are available:
On entering data to cells.
On data formatting.
On autofill of cells with data.
On creating/editing formulas.
On executing operations with rows/columns, except for freezing rows/columns.
On refreshing a data entry form and calculating algorithms for saving, the operations history is cleared, and the
Undo and
Redo buttons become disabled in the main menu.
