Creating and Editing Group of Users

To create a group of users:

In the desktop application:

Select the Create Group context menu item
Select the Group > Create Group main menu item.

In the web application:

Click the Create Group button on toolbar

After executing one of the actions, the Group Properties dialog box opens in the desktop application or the Properties side panel opens in web application. Set properties of the group of users being created.

NOTE. A group of users can be created by the users who have the Changing User Permissions, Distributing Roles, Changing Policy privilege, and this option is not available in SQLite DBMS based repositories.

To edit group of users:

In the desktop application:

Select the Properties context menu item for the selected group of users.
Select the User > Properties main menu item for the selected group of users.
Double-click the selected group of users.

In the web application:

Select group of users.

After executing one of the actions, the Group Properties dialog box opens in the desktop application or the Properties side panel opens in web application. Change properties of group of users.
