To work with the tool in Foresight Analytics Platform 10, use the new interface.
In this article:
The Reports tool supports inserting of images of the following formats:
Windows dotted picture (*.bmp, *.dib, *.rle, *.bmz).
JPEG (*.jpg, *.jpeg, *.jfif, *.jpe).
GIF (*.gif).
PNG (*.png).
Windows metafile (*.wmf).
Windows enhanced metafile (*.emf).
To add a picture on a regular report sheet, select cell range, into which the picture should be added and:
Select the Illustrations > Picture item in the Illustrations group of the Insert ribbon tab.
Press CTRL+ALT+P.
After executing one of the operations the Load Picture from File dialog box opens. Specify name and type of the file to load. Click the Open button to add the selected picture to the report sheet.
The Reports tool supports paste of objects copied from external sources:
Microsoft Excel. Copy and paste of charts, shapes, text blocks, formulas, images, WordArt and SmartArt objects.
LibreOffice Calc. Copy and paste of charts, shapes, text blocks, text effects, formulas, and images.
OpenOffice Calc. Copy and paste of shapes, text blocks, and images.
Google Sheets. Copy and paste of charts and images.
MyOffice Tables. Copy and paste of images. This option is available only in the MyOffice web application.
P7 Office. Copy and paste of charts, shapes, images, and TextArt objects.
All objects are pasted as PNG.
Add an object from external source
To work with a picture, use:
The Insert, Object.Picture and Object.Format tabs on the ribbon.
Object context menu.
