Adding a Schedule

To add a schedule for refreshing cache by parameters:

Select the Refresh Cache item in the drop-down menu of the Add Schedule button.

After executing the operation cache refresh schedule parameters are displayed:

Set parameters:

Cache. Select the existing cache by parameters in the drop-down list. Cache is displayed as: <Resource_name [credentials] {values of input parameters}>.
Execute. Select one of cache update periods:

Never. Select the checkbox to disable cache update by schedule.

NOTE. To manually update cache, use the Update button.

In Specified Number of Hours (Minutes). Select the checkbox and set cache update repetition interval as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Repeat Every displayed box.

NOTE. The cache update period counts after tapping the Save button.

Daily. Select the checkbox and set daily cache update time as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Execution Time displayed box.
Specified Days of Each Month. Select the checkbox and set cache update time as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Execution Time box that is displayed and month days in the empty box.

TIP. When selecting cache update period take into account possible increase in mobile platform server loading and decrease of speed of mobile applications work if cache is updated too frequently.

Repeat Every. Set cache update time as follows: <hours : minutes> for the In Specified Number of Hours (Minutes) update time option.
Execution Time. Set cache update time as follows: <hours : minutes> for the Daily and the Specified Days of Each Month update periods. If required, set several update times using the button.

Click the Save button.

After executing the operation the schedule for cache refresh by parameters is set.

To add a schedule to delete outdated cache:

Select the Delete Outdated Cache item in the drop-down menu of the Add Schedule button.

After executing the operation the parameters of schedule to delete outdated caches are displayed:

Set parameters:

Execute. Select one of the expired cache delete period options:

Never. Select the checkbox to disable expired cache by schedule.

NOTE. To manually delete expired cache, use the Delete Expired button.

In Specified Number of Hours (Minutes). Select the checkbox and set expired cache delete interval as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Repeat Every box that is displayed.

NOTE. The expired cache delete period counts after tapping the Save button.

Daily. Select the checkbox and set daily expired cache time as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Execution Time box that is displayed.
Specified Days of Each Month. Select the checkbox and set expired cache delete time as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Execution Time box that is displayed and month days in the empty box.

Click the Save button.

After executing the operation a schedule to delete outdated caches is set.

To add a schedule to delete outdated history transactions:

Select the Delete Transactions History item in the drop-down menu of the Add Schedule button.

After executing the operation the parameters of the schedule to delete outdated history transactions are displayed:

Set parameters:

Transaction Lifetime. Set a time period from transaction creation in a table to the time when transaction is considered as outdated. Transaction lifetime is required for repeated requests when the connection is lost.

Execute. Select one of transactions history delete period options:

Never. Select the checkbox to disable transaction history deletion by schedule.

NOTE. To delete all transactions history, click the Delete Transactions History button. After the operation is executed and transactions history is successfully deleted, the Transactions are Deleted green button is displayed.

In Specified Number of Hours (Minutes). Select the checkbox and set transactions history delete repetition interval as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Execution Time box that is displayed.

NOTE. The transactions history deletion period counts after clicking the Save button.

Daily. Select the checkbox and set daily transactions history deletion time as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Execution Time box that is displayed.
Specified Days of Each Month. Select the checkbox and set transactions history deletion time as follows: <hours : minutes> in the Execution time box that is displayed and month days in the empty box.

Repeat Every. Set transactions history deletion time as follows: <hours : minutes > for the In Specified Number of Hours (Minutes) period option.
Execution Time. Set transactions history deletion timw as follows: <hours : minutes> for the Daily and the Specified Days of Each Month period options. If required, set several deletion times using the button.

Click the Save button.

After executing the operation the schedule it set to delete outdated history transactions.

To edit schedule:

Click schedule name.
Change parameters specified on adding the schedule for cache update, expired cache deletion, transactions history deletion.
Click the Save button.

After executing the operation the schedule is edited and refreshed in the schedules list.

To delete schedule, click the Delete button next to schedule name.

After executing the operation it is asked to confirm schedule deletion. If the answer is yes, the schedule is deleted from the list.
