To reject the active process step and return to the previous step:
Execute one of the operations:
In the process monitoring:
Click the Reject button on the toolbar when process scheme is displayed in the working area.
Select the Reject item in the drop-down menu of the
Action button of the step in the list of assigned steps of the selected process instance. It is available only in the custom monitoring.
In the Reject linked object on the toolbar. It is available in data entry forms in the Data Entry and Approval steps.
After executing one of the operations the dialog box to confirm step rejection opens:
If required, in the step rejection dialog box:
Select the Selective Subprocesses Rejection checkbox to reject the selected subprocess instances. When the checkbox is deselected, the process step will be rejected to manual step with automatic step subprocess instances.
NOTE. After the Selective Subprocesses Rejection checkbox is selected, the execution method will be changed from automatic to manual.
Enter comment in the Comment box to explain why process step was rejected.
In the custom process monitoring executors can reject several active process steps of one process instance at the same time. To do this, when displaying the list of assigned process steps in the working area click the Reject button on the toolbar for selected steps of one process instance. The step rejection confirmation dialog box opens:
