Manual execution mode is available for the steps:
To execute process active step in the manual mode:
Open the linked object. Execute one of the following operations:
When the process scheme is displayed in the working area:
Click the Open Linked Object button on the toolbar of the selected step.
Double-click the selected step when the process scheme is displayed in the working area.
When the list of assigned process steps is displayed in the working area, click the name of the linked object in the Linked Object column of the selected step. It is available only in the custom monitoring.
In the dialog box that opens and that depends on the type of the selected step, execute the required operations:
In data entry form – enter data.
In the data entry form for approval step – approve data.
In calculation algorithm – execute calculation.
Finish the step by executing one of the operations:
In the process monitoring:
Click the Finish button on the toolbar when the process scheme is displayed in the working area.
Select the Finish item in the drop-down menu of the
Action button of the selected step in the list of assigned steps of the selected process instance. It is available only in the custom monitoring.
If the Subprocess Call step is executed in the manual mode, the Start Subprocesses dialog box opens to start subprocesses after the step is finished.
Click the Finish button in the linked object on the toolbar. It is available in data entry forms in the Data Entry and Approval steps.
NOTE. When finishing/rejecting process step from the linked object, which uses a data entry forms, the active steps are finished, which use this data entry form and the steps, for which the user is set as an owner, and which use this data entry form.
The step finish confirmation dialog box opens, in which, if required, enter comment in the Comment box:
In the custom process monitoring executors can reject several active process steps of one process instance at the same time. To do this, when displaying the list of assigned process steps in the working area click the Finish button on the toolbar for selected steps of one process instance. The step finish confirmation dialog box opens, in which, if required, enter comment in the Comment box:
After the step is finished, it is available to reject the next step and come back to the previous step. If the step was rejected, to finish the rejected step, repeat the finishing of the previous step.
