Setting Up Map

A map is used for cartographic presentation of table data.

Before working with a map, make sure that the requirements for working with a map are met.

To display data the default map is used in the current repository. Map example:

Main Operations with Map

Foresight Analytics Platform maps have wide functionality:

Data drill down and drill up.
Data selection, by which a map is built. It is performed in the same way as data is selected to plot a chart.
Working in 3D mode.
Displaying timeline and animation playback on the map.
Connection of external map services.
Flexible setup of color legend and height legend.
Territory fill of the map by various metrics, and other features.
