Building of data entry form is available in the desktop application.
Steps to build a form depend on form type:
Card. It is a data entry form with one sheet containing a set of fields to enter or select dimension element attribute values. It is used to add and edit records in the registry.
Registry Form. It is a list of elements of a specific type presented in table view. In the first columns, form sidehead, dimension element names are displayed, they can be located in hierarchical order. The first rows and form heading display attributes and element indicators.
Table Form. It represents a table, which heading and sidehead display names of dimension elements, attributes and indicator dimension elements.
Combined Form. It represents a multisheet form, the set and contents of sheets is generated depending on information object and its indicators. Sheets can contain cards, registry and table forms, data can be generated automatically based on data from other forms too.
NOTE. On editing multisheet data entry forms, make sure that the Load Only Active Sheet checkbox is selected to speed up work with form.
Indicators are multidimensional data sets united by common analytics attributes that are used to collect, store and display information from one subject area. Any of available cube types or time series database can be selected as an indicator.
Dimensions are repository dictionaries, which multidimensional indicator structure consists of.

Build the required form on a new sheet.

Create a data entry form copy if required.
After the data entry/output form is built, continue to work with ready data entry form.
