To set up cell contents formatting options, switch to the edit mode in one of the following ways:
Select a cell in the report sheet.
Double-click the selected cell.
Select cell, put the cursor to the formula bar.
Select the cell and press F2.
After this enter the required data to the cell.
After switching to the edit mode, one can execute the following operations with the data stored in the cell:
After you have entered data, to exit the cell contents edit mode:
Press the ENTER key.
Press the TAB key.
Press an arrow key to move to the neighbor cell in specified direction. This method does not work if the cell has been edited using the F2 key or the formula bar.
