Viewing and Changing User Email Address

Select the Tools > Personal Data item in the object navigator's main menu.

To add a new address:

1. Click the Add button. The dialog box opens:

2. Enter name and email.

As a result, a new address is added.

To edit address:

1. Double-click the name of the required address. The dialog box opens:

2. Make required changes.

As a result, the address is edited.

NOTE. It is available to edit names of all addresses, except for the main ones.

To delete address:

1. Select the required address.

2. Click the Delete button.

The address is deleted without confirmation.

NOTE. It is available to delete all addresses, except for the main ones.

The default address is used to send results of executed task of scheduled task container, if in the Email Settings dialog box of the task container the Default Recipient Email radio button is selected.

To set a new default address:

1. Select the required address.

2. Click the Default button.

The default address will be in bold type.
