The tool supports interface of Foresight Analytics Platform 9 or earlier.

Working with Ready Workbook

To work with a ready workbook, follow the steps:

Go to the object navigator.
Select a workbook.
Select the Open item in the workbook's context menu.

The selected workbook opens in the view mode. Only the Home ribbon tab will be available for work.

NOTE. If the user has permissions to change a repository object, the workbook opens in the edit mode.

Basic operations available in the view mode:

Operations with a workbook:
- Toggle between data views. The set of available views depends on the settings selected in the edit mode.
- Show or hide data views.
- Refresh the workbook.
- Print the workbook.
- Publish the workbook.
- Toggle between workbook sheets.
Operations with time series:
- Edit data.
- Save or undo changes.
- View summary statistics of the time series or observations.
Operations with a data table:
- Sort values.
- Search and replace data.
- Change table scale.
- Apply advanced analytics.
Operations with a chart:
- Hide or show the series.
- Edit data on the chart.
Operations with a map:
- Filter displayed data.
- Change map scale.
- Work with animation.

Performing operations in the view mode is similar to performing operations in the edit mode. A detailed description of operations and methods of their performance is given in the corresponding sections.
