Formatting Cells with Greatest/Least Value

This conditional formatting type is used to format the cells with the greatest or least values.

To set up formatting for the cells with the greatest or least values, use the Conditional Formatting group of parameters on the side panel.

Open the Conditional Formatting group of parameters

Select the type of formatted values: greatest or least. Next, set the number of values to be formatted. To set the number of values as a percentage, select the In Percentage checkbox.

Determine the settings on the Settings tab in the Conditional Formatting group of parameters:

Font

Fill

Special border

Special format

Determine the settings on the Advanced tab in the Conditional formatting group of parameters:
