Cell Size Autofit

Cells autofit is executed automatically according to the defined parameters:

• Maximum Rows in Cell. If the checkbox is selected, column width is adjusted so that no more than N rows set in the appropriate value editor will be required to show text of the longest row in the cell column. If it is impossible to adjust the required column width, its header is cut after the specified number of rows. The checkbox is selected by default, the number of rows is 8.

• Minimum Columns. If the checkbox is selected, the data table will always display the minimum N columns specified in the appropriate value editor. The checkbox is selected by default, the number of columns is 1.

Autofit of width and height is executed automatically according to the defined settings:

• Maximum Sidehead Width. The sidehead width is determined by the longest row. If its length exceeds the maximum sidehead width, the maximum sidehead width value is taken as width. The maximum sidehead width is 500px by default.
  If sidehead width is changed manually, the determined size is automatically read on the next autofit.

• Maximum Row Height. The row height is determined taking into account the matched sidehead width. If the sidehead width does not allow for wrapping the longest row, the row is placed in several rows. If the row height exceeds the maximum row height, the maximum row height value is taken as height. The maximum row height is 50px by default.

The simplified autofit is applied for 25 rows and columns of the beginning, center and end of the table.

Heading height and width are determined automatically based on the longest word or value in the cell with word wrap.

If heading or sidehead text does not fit the cell, it is replaced with dots.
