Source Indexing

BI search works only by the repository sources (standard cubes and time series databases), which were indexed. On indexing, all required files for full-text search are created in the Apache Solr warehouse. Indexing of repository sources requires a task for updating of search index in scheduled tasks container. For details about task preparation see the Search Index Update Features section.

If task scheduler is set up to work with the container, in which a search index update task is created, indexing is executed according to the task's schedule. If required, indexing can be executed manually by force executing the task. To start a task, use the Run context menu item.
