Environment unavailability is characterized with errors during API user authentication absence of the previously added environment in the administrator console.
Reasons of environment unavailability:
An environment is deleted by the administrator. This event is registered in the System Logs section.
An environment is deleted due to internal system failure.
To restore environment availability:
Make sure that projects in this environment have been exported to files before.
Add a new environment in the Environments section.
Import projects to the added environment.
After executing the operations a new environment is added with projects imported from files.
If environment projects have not been exported fro files before or an environment was deleted due to internal system failure, restore the system from backup.
