To set up a data entry form for printing:
Select a data entry form sheet. Page settings can be set up on opening the data entry form for edit for each separate sheet.
Determine page settings.
After executing the operations the data entry form will be ready for print.
To determine page settings, use:
Buttons on the View toolbar tab.
The Page Layout group of commands in the main menu.
Available settings:
Show Borders. Click the
Show Borders button or select the
Show Borders item to show page borders as a dotted line on an active sheet of data entry form. Page borders are set depending on the orientation, margin width, page size, and breaks.
Margins. Click the
Margins button or select the
Margins menu item to select margin width in the drop-down list:
Normal Margins. Default value.
Wide Margins.
Narrow Margins.
Orientation. Click the
Orientation button or select the
Orientation menu item to select page orientation in the drop-down list:
Portrait. Default value.
Landscape.
Size. Click the
Size button or select the
Size menu item to select page size in the drop-down list. The list contains predefined paper size options, for example, A4, A5, and so on. The A4 size is set by default.
Breaks. Click the
Breaks button or select the
Breaks menu item to manage page breaks during print and export in the drop-down list.
