To build a business process, follow the steps:
Create a business process.
Specify the main settings and parameters of the process.
Set up user permissions that are active during process step execution using authorization objects.
Set up links between authorization objects and process parameters.
Create process stages.
Create stage steps.
Set up start and temporary events by time.
Set up stage steps execution conditions.
After executing the operations save the created process or changes made to the process by executing one of the operations:
Click the
Save button on the quick access toolbar.
Select the Business Process > Save main menu item.
After finishing process creation:
Start emulation of specific process steps execution.
Start the process by setting required start parameters.
To execute and monitor steps of the started process, open the Process Monitoring window.
