On working with a text sheet, the user can add charts to this sheet.
To add a chart or external legend, previously created in report sheets, to a text sheet:
Click the Insert Chart button in the Insert group on the Text Sheet.Format ribbon tab. A dialog box opens that shows graphic objects positioned on report sheets:
The list shows both objects from open and hidden report sheets. The first level of this dialog box shows report sheets, the second level shows charts and chart legends. If a sheet does not contain charts or chart legends, it does not appear in the tree.
In the list of objects select a source to create a chart or chart legend in the text sheet.
NOTE. Multiple selection is possible when it is required to select several objects.
Click the Insert button in the Insert Chart dialog box.
After these operations are executed, the selected objects are added to the text sheet in the current cursor position. Size of the inserted object will be adjusted to fit page width.
On pasting charts or chart legends from the clipboard, objects are inserted into the current cursor position. Object size is adjusted in the same way.
