Setting Up Display Type

To change zoom:

• Click the Zoom button, select the value.

• Focus on the table and scroll the mouse wheel while holding down the CTRL key. Scroll up the mouse wheel to zoom in and scroll down to zoom out.

To display full-sized form, click the 100% button.

To keep form areas visible on scrolling the rest, freeze the required areas:

• To freeze the first row, select the Freeze the First Row item in the drop-down menu of the Freeze Areas button.

• To freeze the leftmost column, select the Freeze First Column item in the drop-down menu of the Freeze Areas button.

• To freeze the area including several rows and columns:

• Select the cell, which top left corner will determine fixed rows and columns.

• Select the Freeze Areas item in the Freeze Areas drop-down menu of the button.

To unfreeze areas, select the Freeze Areas > Unfreeze Areas item in the Layout group.

To show or hide scrollbars, formula bar, header and grid, select or deselect the checkbox.

To autofit size by row or column contents, click the Fit Row Height or Fit Column Width buttons.
