Setting Up Process Authorization Objects

The window for setting up process authorization objects is used to determine authorization objects used in a process, and to set up linking of selections in object data segments with process parameters.

The Select Authorization Object area contains the list of all authorization objects in the repository.

The Process Authorization Objects area is used to generate a list of process authorization objects.

The Parametrization and Filtering of Process Authorization Objects area contains a table with data segments and their dimensions. The table also contains the selection specified for segment dimensions in the authorization object and the link with process parameters.

To set up process authorization objects:

Select the authorization object:

In the Select Authorization Object area select the previously created authorization object.
Click the button, the selected authorization object will be displayed in the Process Authorization Objects area.

Set up links between selections in object data segments with process parameters:

Select an authorization object in the Process Authorization Objects area.
In the Parameterize and Filter Process Authorization Objects area deselect the checkbox in the Fixed column that is selected by default, and in the Link with Parameters/Filter drop-down list select the dictionary that is a process parameter.
If it is required to fix a process parameter with specific values, select the checkbox in the Fixed column, and in the Link with Parameters/Filter drop-down list select specific values of the dictionary that is a process parameter.

Save changes by clicking the Save button.

NOTE. If the drop-down list of process parameters does not contain the required value, add it by clicking the Process Parameters button. The Process Settings and Parameters dialog box opens, in which a process parameter can be added.
