The Reports tool supports inserting of the following shapes:
Lines: straight line, arrow, two-headed arrow.
Rectangles: rectangle, rounded rectangle, ellipse.
Regular polygons: triangle, diamond, pentagon.
To add a shape on a regular report sheet, select a cell or cell range:
Execute one of the operations:
Click the
Shapes button on the Insert toolbar tab.
Select the Insert > Shapes main menu item.
Select the required shape in the drop-down list.
If a single cell was selected, the top left corner of the shape will match the top left corner of the selected cell. If a cell range was selected, the shape will be fitted to the selected range.
The created shape is linked to its location. Thus, if the user adds rows or columns before the shape location, the shape is moved together with other rows or columns.
