Adding Parameters

To add a parameter:

• In the web application click the Add button. The new parameter will be added to the list of parameters. Parameter name and identifier will be set by default: PARAM<Number>.

• In the desktop application:

• Click the Add button.

• Select the Add item in the context menu on the empty area of the Parameters tab.

• Double-click the empty area of the Parameters tab.

The Parameter Properties dialog box opens:

Set up parameter properties:

• Name. Enter parameter name.

• Identifier. Enter parameter's unique identifier. Only Latin characters, numbers and underscores are allowed; spaces are not allowed.

• Attribute. Select one of the dictionary attributes in the drop-down list. The list contains general and imported attributes.

To edit properties of the selected parameter:

• In the web application change properties in corresponding columns of the required parameter on the Parameters page of the dictionary wizard.

• In the desktop application:

• Click the Edit button.

• Select the Edit item in the parameter's context menu.

• Double-click the parameter name.

Make necessary changes in the Parameter Properties dialog box.

To delete the selected parameter:

• In the web application click the Delete button.

• In the desktop application:

• Click the Delete button.

• Press CTRL+DELETE.

• Select the Delete item in the parameter's context menu.

A confirmation to execute the operation is requested.
