A topobase should be loaded to provide work with a map in the repository.
A topobase is a TBS or SVG file, which is converted in various formats on loading to repository. The required format is selected automatically depending on where a topobase is used and which settings are selected for it. To display data, the default topobase specified in the current repository is used.
A topobase contains map data as a set of layers. Each layer is described by special attributes and presents a single class of map data. For example, a layer with city coordinates or a layer describing country borders.
Foresight Analytics Platform can have necessary topobases with it.
NOTE. The topobase contains values including georeferencing attributes that impact that borders of overlapped maps do not match on connecting external map services in the web application.
