Inserting Tabs and Working with Them

Tool interfaces in the web application and in the desktop application are identical, and differences in functionality are given in appropriate comments.

Tabs is a multi-page container element, which enables the user to group a number of dashboard objects. Contents of only one tab is displayed when working with a dashboard.

Click on the "+" button.

Point at the empty space inside the tab and click on it to select an active tab. To select an inactive tab, click on its name.

To delete the selected tab:

Press the DELETE key.
Select the Delete item in the context menu.

Double-click the tab name. The name opens in the edit mode. Made the necessary changes and press the ENTER key.

To show or hide tabs, select the Show Tabs checkbox:

In the block's context menu.
On the Block tab of the side panel. It is available only in the web application.

The checkbox is selected by default, and all tabs are shown.

If the checkbox is deselected, the tabs are not shown. To toggle between tabs, use the Select Tab list in the element's context menu.

To toggle between tabs:

Click on the tab name.
Select the required tab in the Select Tab list in the element's context menu.

If all tab names are not located in the container element, the additional toggling buttons will be displayed:

Scrolls tabs to the left.
Displays the list of all tabs. To go to the required tab, click its name.
Scrolls tabs to the right.

To set up basic parameters of tabs and the entire container element, use the Block tab on the side panel.
