Tool interfaces in the web application and in the desktop application are identical, and differences in functionality are given in appropriate comments.
A sketch determines relative location of dashboard blocks and is formed using container elements. Container element parameters are set up by means of side panel tabs.
Available container elements:
Grid. A set of cells as a table. Each cell is a container to locate dashboard objects.
Tabs. A multipage container element, which enables the user to group a number of dashboard objects.
Panel. A single-page container element, which enables the user to group a number of dashboard objects.
The container element may contain nested blocks and container elements.
All operations with objects described in the Creating a Dashboard Sketch section are available for container elements.
