The HTML block shows a contents stored at a specified URL.

expandable	0\|1	It determines whether the block can be expanded to fit the screen.
url	Reference	URL.
background	Common structural property	Block fill.
blockTitle	Common structural property	Block title.
layout	Common structural property	Block position in the container.
decor	Common structural property	Block formatting.

A block is an image if the <block> element that describes this block has the Frame type.
