Syntax

StartAngle: Number;

Description

The StartAngle property determines the start of drawing series angle.

Comments

Property value is set only from JSON.

The property is actual for pie charts.

The property value is set in degrees.

Example

Executing the example requires that the HTML page contains the Chart component named chart (see Example of Creating a Pie Chart). Add a new series:

// Get the first data series
oldSerie = chart.getSeries()[0];
// Get series settings
serSettings = oldSerie.getSettings();
// Determine series rendering center
serSettings.Center.X = 70;
serSettings.Center.Y = 70;
// Change start rendering angle
serSettings.StartAngle = 90;
// Add a new series 
chart.addSerie(serSettings);

After executing the example a new off-centered data series and displaced initial rendering angle.
