Viewing Pixel-Perfect Reports

• Navigation panel. It contains dashboard name, the Back button to return to the previous folder and the Home button to open the root folder of the object navigator. The home page can be selected in application settings.

• Ribbon. It contains buttons to work with a dashboard.

• Report sheets. It contains navigation by report sheets.

• Report. It contains a pixel-perfect report.

To search for data in report:

1. Tap the button.

After the operation is executed, the search bar is displayed:

2. Enter the full word to search or its part.

After the operations are executed, the corresponding cells with search words are output.

To reset the search, tap the button in the search bar.

To add a report to favorites, tap the button.

After the operation is executed, the dashboard is added to favorites, and the corresponding message is displayed. Favorite objects can be viewed on the Favorites tab in the object navigator.

To open a report as PDF (*.pdf), PPTX (*.pptx), XLSX (*.xlsx):

1. Tap the Open In button in the drop-down menu of the button.

After the operation is executed the format selection dialog box opens:

2. Select the format, in which the report opens:

• PDF (*.pdf).

• PPTX (*.pptx).

• XLSX (*.xlsx).

After the operations are executed, the repot opens in the selected format.

To change report parameters:

1. Tap the button.

After the operation is executed, the dialog box with parameters opens:

2. Set parameters, by which a data slice is displayed in the report.

After the operations are executed, the report displays the data slice by specified parameters.

Data drill down and drill up enables the user to analyze data at different levels: from general to particular and vice versa. Available drill down granularity is determined by data source dimension hierarchy.

To drill down data:

1. Hold down the cell.

2. Select the Drill Down item in the context menu of the selected cell.

After the operations are executed, the system goes to the selected element level with detailed contents.

To drill up data:

1. Hold down the cell.

2. Select the Drill Up item in the context menu of the selected cell.

After the operations are executed, the system goes to the general information level, which contains the selected element.

To exclude data from table:

1. Hold down the table row or column header that must be excluded.

2. Select the Exclude item in the context menu of the selected row or column.

After the operations are executed, the selected row or column is excluded from the table.

To exclude all table data except for the selected:

1. Hold down the table cell or the table row or column, which data must be displayed in the table.

2. Select the Exclude the Rest item in the context menu of the selected cell, row or column.

After executing the operations all data is excluded from the table except for the selected.

Data table displays summary statistics calculated for selected table ranges. A set of calculated statistics depends on values in the selected range.

To view summary statistics:

1. Hold down the cell, row or column header.

2. Select the Summary Statistics item in the context menu of the selected cell.

After the operation is executed, the Summary Statistics dialog box opens:
