To set up report for printing, determine page settings.
Page settings are determined for each sheet individually.
To determine page settings for the active report sheet:
Select the Report > Print > Page Settings main menu item.
Go to the Page Layout ribbon tab and click the button in the Page Settings group.
Executing one these operations opens the Page Settings dialog box. The dialog box look depends on the sheet type.
Besides page settings, it is available to set up page breaks and borders for regular report sheets.
