General Page Settings

To determine general page settings, go to the Page tab of the Page Settings dialog box:

Select the required page orientation in the Orientation group by selecting one of the radio buttons:

Portrait.
Landscape.

To quickly set up page orientation, select the checkbox next to the required option in the drop-down menu of the Orientation button in the Page Settings group on the Page Layout ribbon tab of the regular report window opened for edit.

Select page size in the drop-down list of the Size group. The drop-down list contains predefined paper sizes, such as A4, A5 and others.

To quickly set up page size, select the required option in the drop-down menu of the Size button in the Page Settings group no the Page Layout ribbon tab of the regular report window opened for edit.

Select page zoom method in the Zoom group by selecting the required radio button:

Set. Set zoom as a percentage of full size.
Fit To. In numeric fields specify maximum number of pages the printed page should fit into by width and/or height. If the user sets a value in one box only, and leaves the other blank, the number of printed sheets is limited only in specified direction.

To set a continuous numbering for the sheet pages, select the Use Continuous Page Numbering checkbox. Custom page numbering is used for sheets with deselected checkbox. Page numbers with the selected checkbox are recalculated deselecting the checkbox of the page.

In the First Page Number box specify the number, with which sheet pages numbering starts. Parameter value is considered for each report sheet even if continuous numbering is used. For the continuous numbering of several sheets, specify the value in the First Page Number box for the first report sheet with the selected Use Continuous Page Numbering checkbox. Specify the '0' value in the First Page Number box for the rest of sheets with the selected Use Continuous Page Numbering checkbox.

NOTE. This numbering parameter affects only the headers and footers with &[Page] and &[Pages] tags. Continuous numbering cannot be applied to headers and footers with &[Sheet.Page] and &[Sheet.Pages] tags.
