Adding an SQL Command

An SQL command is used to create new and change existing custom tables.

To add an SQL command:

  1. Select the SQL Command update object type in the drop-down menu of the Add Object to Update button on the toolbar.

  2. Set SQL command parameters in the SQL Command dialog box.

After executing the operations the SQL command will be added to update structure: to the selected folder created in the update manager or added from the repository; to the selected container; to the end of the list of update objects in the structure root, if no folder or container were selected during adding of the SQL command.

NOTE. When separating administrators roles creation an SQL command is available for the application administrator only.

To edit parameters of the added SQL command:

After executing one of the operations the SQL Command dialog box opens.
