Refresh entire report. Execute one of the operations:
Click the
Refresh button on the Home ribbon tab. The button is displayed on the most of the ribbon tabs.Press F9 in the desktop application.

Data refresh is required after data is changed in the source or on changing settings of data areas.
Regular reports enable the user to:
Refresh entire report. Execute one of the operations:
Click the Refresh button on the Home ribbon tab. The button is displayed on the most of the ribbon tabs.
Press F9 in the desktop application.
To refresh a report and next open it for view, press CTRL+F9.
Refresh sheet. Select the Refresh Sheet item in the drop-down menu of the Refresh button on the Home ribbon tab.
Reopen data sources. Select the Reopen Data Sources item in the drop-down menu of the Refresh button on the Home ribbon tab. When data sources are reopened, cache of sources and their nested objects is cleared.
Automatically refresh entire regular report. Use the 
Automatic Refresh button on the Home ribbon tab.
Data sources, report data is refreshed, formulas are recalculated. All refresh settings are saved along with the regular report.
Automatic refresh enables the user to refresh data at each change in the source or in certain periods.
