Formulas Table

In the drop-down list select a formulas table located in the current repository or create a new formulas table.

To create a formulas table, click the Create button. In the dialog box that opens determine formulas table properties: name and identifier. Clicking the OK button automatically creates a table with predefined structure. The table will be saved in the directory with the current multidimensional calculation.

To edit the specified formulas table, click the Edit button. The table wizard opens.

To check if the selected table satisfies the required conditions, click the Check button.

After the check is finished, an appropriate message is displayed.

To recreate the specified table, click the Recreate button.

Note that the table cannot be recreated in some cases because this command enables only to add new fields but it does not remove the unused ones. In most cases it is recommended to create a new formulas table or edit the existing one using an appropriate wizard, which is displayed by clicking the Edit button.

If cube factors values must be calculated for different calculation periods using different formulas, select the Formulas Depend on Time checkbox before creating a formulas table.
