Conditional Formatting

To add a new condition to the list:

• Click the Add button.

• Press the INSERT key.

The Formatting Condition Parameters condition setup dialog box opens. The created conditions are applied in the list order. To change the condition order, use the Up and Down buttons or the corresponding context menu items. Conditions can also be dragged and dropped to change their order.

To edit the selected condition:

• Click the Edit button.

• Double-click the condition.

• Select the Edit context menu item.

The Formatting Condition Parameters condition setup dialog box opens.

To delete the selected condition:

• Click the Delete button.

• Press the DELETE key.

• Select the Delete context menu item.
