Object Preview and Print

Preview mode is used to check object before printing. In this mode the object is displayed on the screen as it would look like on the paper.

NOTE. When an object is previewed and printed, the stamp #1 can be displayed in accordance with the Guideline #0126-87 if mandatory access control is used as the security policy, and export and print labeling is enabled for this object.

Click the Print button on the ribbon or select the Print main menu item.

The Print dialog box opens to set up print options and select printer in use.

Click the Page Settings button on the ribbon. The Page Settings dialog box opens to determine object printed page settings.

The Page Settings dialog box appearance differs depending on the Foresight Analytics Platform tool, in which the object is previewed. For details about this dialog box see description of the corresponding tool.

To select a scale of the currently printed page of the object, click the Zoom button on the ribbon. Select the required zoom in the menu that opens. Available values:

200%. 150%. 100%. 75%. 50%. 25%. Fixed zoom values.
Fit to Page Width. A zoom wherein the printed page is displayed in the preview window in a full width.
A zoom wherein a fixed number of printed pages is displayed in the preview window:

Entire page.
Two pages.
Four pages.
Six pages.

Custom. Custom zoom specified by the user. The Set Zoom dialog box opens to enter zoom value.

To set the 100% zoom, click the 100% button on the ribbon.

To change zoom, use mouse buttons: hover the cursor over preview area and click the main mouse button to zoom in, the secondary button to zoom out.
