Observation attributes are a set of characteristics that each time series observation (point) has. A set of series attributes is set on creating time series database.
NOTE. All system observation attributes, created by default, are not available for edit.
To edit and view observation attribute values, use:
The Observation Attributes side panel tab.

The Observation Attribute dialog box is available only in the desktop application.

To save changes, click the 
Save Changes button on the Data ribbon tab.
