Headers and Footers

To open the Header or the Footer group of parameters on the parameters panel:

1. Open the visualizer print window.

2. Click the Page Settings button at the top right corner when the visualizer is opened in the preview mode. The Page Settings parameters panel opens.

3. Go to the Header/Footer group of parameters.

The switch is toggled to active state by default. Header and footer and their displaying on report sheets can be set up.

The header and footer area is divided into three parts with individual text alignment: left, center or right. Each of the parts has its own parameters.

Header and footer text is created from special substitutions or by entering static text.

To use substitution, open corresponding substitution options in the drop-down menu of the Insert button:

Determine font options:

• Font Type. Select operating system font in the drop-down list.

• Size. Select font size in the drop-down list.

• Color. Select font color in the drop-down palette. One can select standard and custom colors. The palette contains only standard colors by default.

To create a custom color:

1. Click the Add Color button. The advanced color palette opens.

2. Select a color in the advanced color palette, use color picker to select color on a browser page, or set color code in the RGB or HEX format.

After executing the operations the custom color is created and added to the palette.

NOTE. The maximum possible number of custom colors in the palette is 23.

To delete custom color from the palette, select the Delete item in the selected color's context menu.

• Font Style. Select one or several font styles in the drop-down menu of the Font Style button:

• B. Bold.

• I. Italic.

• U. Underline.

• S. Strikethrough.
