Inserting an HTML Component

The HTML block is used to display the contents located by the specified URL address.

To add a block, use:

The HTML item in the drop-down menu of the Other button on the Home ribbon tab.
The HTML button in the Other group on the Insert ribbon tab.
The HTML item in the drop-down menu of the New Block item of the dashboard's context menu.

The Create HTML Block dialog box opens, where the URL of the required resource must be entered.

Setting Up Basic Parameters

To set up basic parameters of the HTML block, use the Block side panel tab.

To display the tab

Besides the parameters available for all dashboard objects, it is also available to change displayed resource for the HTML block. To do this, enter the required resource URL in the URL box.
