The ISmWeibullDistribution interface enables the user to generate a sample of pseudo-random numbers from two-parameter Weibull distribution with selected shape and scale parameters.
ISmWeibullDistribution
Random values are modeled by means of the inverse transformation method that enables the user, if there is a sample generator from a standard continuous uniform distribution, to get a sample from the Weibull distribution.
